How do I get the place I’m looking for?
There are two ways to find the place using Infoaround: - tap on the map (or use "full map" type of view) and swipe the it to find the place you’re looking for - the articles about nearby places will be loaded automatically; - to make a search for the place - tap on a city title on the tool bar and start typing the place name. And of course, you can always pick the suggested by Infoaround team place from the listed popular places.

What is the difference between type of view options in Infoaround application settings and switchers on the tool bar?
The switchers simplify your interaction with Infoaround: you can easily switch between the full map mode and list of articles. In the Infoaround application settings you can set the default type of view: this mode will be actived, when you open the app next time after its closing.

Is it possible to deactivate the GPS somewhere in Infoaround?
Sure! If you tap on the GPS icon on the tool bar once - you will be get back to your current location, if you tap one more time - GPS will be turned of. To activate the GPS just tap on the GPS icon again. Note: if GPS is active - the GPS icon must be coloured in yellow.
